We were asked to provide a questionnaire functionality where the customer would answer a series of questions and then be automatically sent a PDF report based on their answers.

While this particular function is no longer on the site, there is still Woocommerce online shop, plus a variety of e-books to download linked with a mailing list on Mialchimp.
