For our sister company, iConnectIT.co.uk, the brief was simple but challenging: make it instantly obvious what the business does, who it helps, and why it matters. In the world of AI, automation and systems integration, many businesses rely on technical jargon that leaves potential customers confused. We wanted the opposite—absolute clarity from the very first visit.

The project began with a complete branding exercise. We developed a distinctive visual identity centred around interlocking hexagons, representing the way iConnectIT connects business systems, people, data and AI into seamless workflows. A modern colour palette and clean typography reinforce the company’s focus on reliability, innovation and simplicity.

Beyond the visual identity, we worked closely on defining the company’s mission, vision and values, identifying its ideal customers, and refining the core messaging.
